Each individual is only permitted to hold one Kiss 98 account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different personal details, devices, or internet connections are used.

Registration Details

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, MyKad or passport number, date of birth, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Kiss 98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement for account verification purposes (KYC – Know Your Customer).
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and bank account details for withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Kiss 98 account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone — including Kiss 98 support staff, who will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security on your Kiss 98 account.
• Contact Kiss 98 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the Kiss 98 system.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or game results.

Voluntary Account Closure
